Your order is given our personal attention and is dealt with as quickly as possible. Delivery time varies between 3 and 14 working days depending on items that are already in stock and stock availability from suppliers.
If you have any special requests regarding delivery or your order in general, please e-mail us and your request will be dealt with immediately. We understand how frustrating dealing with many other mail order companies can be and we endeavour to meet and exceed all your expectations with one-to-one personal service.
1. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges and available services are dependant on final destinations.
We deliver to most UK postcodes free of charge.
Some regions of UK mainland will incur a charge.
It is important that the correct delivery postcode is entered during checkout.
If there are any queries over your postcode location we will contact you on the telephone number and email address you provide in order to discuss this with you.
If your postcode incurs a surcharge we will not dispatch goods until we have spoken with you and organised the extra payment.
Our mainland UK delivery charges are as follows:

We do not deliver to the following locations:
*Northern Ireland, Rep Of Ireland, Isle of Arran, Isle of Bute, The Isles of Gigha, Islay, Jura, Colonsay, Mull, Iona, Tiree and Coll, Stornoway and the Isles of Lewis, Harris, Scalpay, North Uist, Benbecula, South Uist and Barra, Stromness, Kirkwall and Orkney, Shetland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Wight, Guernsey.
2. Premier Delivery Service
We offer a two man Premier Delivery Service which includes assembly and installation of the bed in the room of your choice (subject to access) and disposing of all wrappings and packaging, old divan bedsteads and mattresses in accordance with our company recycling policy.
Our Premier Delivery is available in mainland UK only for £99
*Please note: The disposal of old Bed and Mattress is included in the price.
3. Missing, Damaged or Incorrect orders
We endeavour to ensure that you receive your goods in pristine condition.
If you notice that items are missing, damaged or incorrectly delivered, please contact our Customer Services Department as soon as possible and not later than 72 hours after receiving the order on 01924 444448, or alternatively email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
4. Overseas Delivery
We are able to send goods to customers overseas (with the exception of certain products). Please contact us for further information.
All deliveries are subject to clearance of funds and stock availability, this combined with the third party nature of courier services means that, whilst we always try to keep to promised delivery dates, occasionally goods may arrive late.
Invariably this is to do with factors outside of Beds4less.net control.
For this reason we cannot offer guarantees on delivery dates or accept any liability for losses as a result of late deliveries.
6. Returns and Refunds
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it to us and we will refund you with the amount paid for that item less any reductions which may be applicable.
*Returns must be notified to us in writing within 7 days of the delivery date and items must be unused, free from defects and returned in their original packaging.
**Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept back any mattresses that have been removed from the original packaging.
When contacting us, Please make sure that you have your order reference number, the model name and size of the model you are returning and the date you ordered. You may deliver the goods back to our warehouse or alternatively we can arrange collection at a minimum cost of £50 which we will deducted from the refund.
Once we have received any returned items and checked them we will refund your money, less any shipping costs.
